Shipping and Returns

Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, and the customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur.

All shipping costs will be added at checkout. When orders are big, we will ship in two seperate boxes to allow safe space for goods.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back. We are unable to refund on any orders that are returned to us damaged or past the 14 days return period.

Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on any bespoke items. We make sure to check all items prior to printing so that both the we and the customer are happy with the end product. Personalised items therefore are final and are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty.

If you wish to return from outside of the UK, please raise a return request through our customer form and a member of our team will be in touch. We do not cover the costs of return shipping.

We are unable to refund on any orders that are returned to us damaged.

If you wish to exchange an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at info@balulondon.co.uk and we can assist. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items.

You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service. Please obtain a certificate of posting and tracking information from your chosen delivery service as proof of postage. Your refund will then be processed once we have received the items and they are all in a good condition.
