For me, the supper table has always been the heart of the home. It’s where conversations flow, stories are shared, and memories linger long after the plates are cleared. Every piece I create begins in the kitchen, and as the brand grows, it will always remain at the centre.

My designs start in my London studio but come to life through artisans from the UK, Italy and beyond. These makers bring their own stories to each design I share, making every product truly unique. Character, craftsmanship, and originality are at the core of Balu, and always will be.

Frustrated by throwaway culture and unattainable luxury, I set out to create beautiful, functional pieces that prioritise quality. By working with skilled artisans, whose years of expertise ensure each piece is built to last, delivering a quality that we proudly stand behind for years to come.
